2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) Decisions

1. There has to be at least 4 "base players" for each team. They can have more than 4 "base players", however, their "base players" cannot be base players of other teams. 

2. The "base players" for a team who are not available for the full league - can remain as the "base player", but the games which he will be absent can be played by "base players" of other teams as substitute or from substitute player pool or even any player outside of the group (as long as he/she has a BBO ID)

3. There will be no limit or restriction on selection of substitute players or playing how many games, he/she will be playing as substitute for another team.

4. A player cannot play as a substitute against the team in which he is listed as a base player.

5. For substitute players -if more than one required in a team, regular partners from another team will not be allowed in the same table as partners.

6. We keep the resolution taken in 2021 AGM for number of boards: 6+6 boards for league games and 8+8 games for play-offs (with 3+3 tie-breakers if needed)

7. We keep the resolution taken in 2021 AGM for single or double league. If number of teams is less than 8 - we will play double league and final and if it is 8 or more - then we will have single league with four play-off games.

8. In case of any emergency if a player becomes unavailable in the 11th hour before the start or during the game, the team needs to find a quick substitute from other team or substitute pool to play that game instead of cancelling the game in the last moment.

9. Disclosure of basic playing convention/system is required for all partnership of the team, even with the substitute - disclosing during the game. The minimum requirement is 1NT point range, playing transfer or not.

10. We will try to have four tournaments in a year. All teams will try to schedule their game accordingly.
