I received my BSEE (1980) and MSEE degrees from the Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET), where I also served as a faculty member from 1980 to 1984. I later earned my Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Clarkson University in New York. My academic career spanned over 20 years, during which I held faculty positions at Mississippi Valley State University, the University of West Georgia, Southern Polytechnic State University, and Kennesaw State University.
I learned to play Bridge in high school and continued playing throughout my college years and professional life. Now retired, I dedicate much of my time to playing Bridge online. I have achieved the rank of BBO Virtuoso and am an ACBL Sectional Master. I enjoy playing SAYC, 2/1, and many other popular conventions. Currently residing in Atlanta, I enjoy music, bird feeding, and, of course, playing Bridge.
